The March 2018 Jefferson County Mortgage Report is out.
There were 1379 mortgages filed in February of 2018, a decrease of approximately 10% from February of 2017, which had a total of 1524 mortgages filed for that time period.
February 2018 mortgage filings were largely unchanged and showed a slight increase from the previous month of January, which had a total of 1334 mortgages filed for that time period.
