Alabama mortgage rates remain stable at 3.75
Alabama - Wednesday February 1 2012

Zillow Mortgage Marketplace's current mortgage rates in Alabama for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages remained stable at 3.75 on Wednesday. State mortgage rates today ranged from the lowest rate of 3.62 (AR) to the highest rate of 3.79 (AZ). Alabama mortgage rates today are 7 basis points higher than the national average of 3.68.

The Alabama mortgage interest rate on February 1 2012 is down 4 basis points from last week's average Alabama rate of 3.79.
